CONSULTING Finance is a major part of what we do and it's the founding discipline at Robertson Capital but it's not the only thing we do! Robertson Capital also provides expert consulting services, leveraging our commercial real estate experience as well as our vast network of vendors for your benefit: appraisers, architects, marketing and brokerage firms, environmental firms, surveyors, general contractors, construction management firms, title companies, attorneys, and accountants to name just a few. Whatever you’re trying to do regarding commercial real estate, we can provide the expert support that you'll need to make sound investment decisions. DEVELOPMENT Begun in 2007, Robertson Capital embarked on a development in Sun Valley, Idaho, which will be completed in 2009. Development will continue to grow as a major business unit for Robertson Capital going forward. LEED® certified buildings, in addition to high-efficiency, sustainable buildings, will be our mainstay as we move further into developing exciting commercial real estate amidst a quickly changing climate of modern construction practices. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT In 2009, Robertson Capital will begin offering third-party property management servies. This business unit has been five years in the making and we intend to execute every bit as well as our finance and development units. Initially, we’ll focus primarily on office properties and then follow up with management services for retail, industrial, and multifamily. Stay tuned! INVESTMENT SYNDICATION In 2009, Robertson capital will begin syndicating equity investment groups for the purchase, development, and rehabilitation of value-add opportunities throughout the western U.S. Multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial will round out the asset classes we pursue.
