DEVELOPMENT If you ask him, our Founder will tell you that development is the real reason he got into commercial real estate in the first place. He loves everything about development and the process of creating something valuable out of nothing more than an initial idea. Although we’ve just begun our first development, we have assembled an amazing team of professionals with extensive experience in the design, construction, and management of commercial real estate. All completed projects will be owned directly by Robertson Capital Corporation, or an affiliated entity, or by an entity syndicated by Robertson Capital Corporation.
